Hello everyone, Thanks for dropping by to my website. I’m one of those people who not only love to eat but also love to cook. Often time when going out to eat and when finding some amazing dishes, I’ve always wondered what the recipes are and how to make them. I love the weekend, not because I get to spend my day out, but eager to spend my morning around the traditional market, buying fresh produce and spending the time left in the kitchen.
So now, I’d like to share some of my delicious Restaurants recipes you can easily replicate at Home! From Chinese, Indonesians, Thailand, Japanese, Korean, and Western cuisines in English & Bahasa Indonesia language. These recipes are easy, simple and delicious to make at home. So if you want to cook great meals, you are in the right place!
With just simple ingredients, you can enjoy restaurant quality meals right at home without breaking the bank. These recipes are the versions of Takeouts and Asians Restaurants. Here are my basic ingredients:
Indonesian & Thai:
They’re all about spices and herbs to enhance the flavor of the food. Various types of herbs and plants that has pleasant aroma and flavor such as Garlic, Shallots, Coriander/ Cilantro, ginger, turmeric, galangal, nutmeg, lemongrass, tamarind, and more. Basic ingredients such as fish sauce, chiles, fresh, dried or made into paste, palm sugar, limes, and kaffir limes. So if you have these basic ingredients, you are good to go to make some mouth watering Indonesian & Thai cuisines!
Japanese, Korean and Chinese:
These 3 countries share a similar ingredients, sauce. Sauces are very important to the dishes. It adds many delicious flavors to the dish. Basic ingredients are soy sauce, miso sauce, seaweed, sake, mirin and rice vinegar, sesame oil, sesame seed, hot paper pastes, hot paper flakes, rice wine, cooking wine and many more. Just with these few ingredients, you can make tons of delicious recipes!

Mie ramen Pedas ala jepang yang gurih | Spicy Japanese ramen
Resep Mie Ramen ini sangat mudah di buat di rumah. Dan bahan bahannya bisa di temukan di supermarket, tidak sesusah yang kita kira. Mie ramen ini adalah mie kuah yang berasal dari Jepang, kuahnya merupakan kuah khas yang menggunakan bumbu – bumbu Jepang. Kali ini, saya akan memberikan resep dengan kuah Susu segar yang enak. Resep Ramen ini tidak kalah lezatnya dengan yang di jual di Restoran Jepang lho. Yuk, kita simak bahan – bahan yang di perlukan:

Dashi Stock/ Kaldu ikan Jepang adalah kaldu jepang/ bumbu yang sering di gunakan di beberapa macam masakan Jepang seperti miso soup, noodle soup, ramen, donburi, oyakadon, dan banyak lagi. Dibuat dari rumput laut, bonito flakes (ikan tuna yang di keringkan). Dashi stok ini menghasilkan aroma yang sangat khas dengan rasa yang gurih, dan kini banyak dijual yang instan. Dashi stok ini bisa di beli di Supermarket atau toko bahan makanan Jepang.

Dashi Stock is a Japanese stock that is fundamental ingredients in many Japanese dishes like Miso soup, noodl soup, donburi, oyakadon and many delicious Japanese dishes. It is made out of seaweed, bonito flake (dried tuna). This Dashi stock has a distinctive aroma with some delicious flavor and now it is available in an instant package. You may find this Dashi stock in your local grocery store or in Japanese store.
