Ini dia cara memasak Kwetiau Goreng atau Char Kway Teow  Singapore. Resep Kwetiau goreng ini sangat popular di Asia dan rasanya enak banget. Yuk kita simak bahan bahan yang di butuhkan:

Bahan bahan yang di butuhkan:

  • 2 cm jahe
  • 3 siung bawang putih
  • 2 butir telur
  • 1 mangkok toge
  • 100 gr daging iris sukiyaki
  • dan 300 gr kwetiau yang siap saji
  • 1 ikat kucai potong 2 cm

Bahan bahan yang di perlukan untuk marinasi:

  • 2 sdt arak beras
  • 1 sdt kecap asin
  • 2 sdt tepung maizena

Saus rahasianya

  • 1 sdm kecap asin
  • 1 sdm saus tiram
  • 1/2 sdt kecap asin kental
  • 1 sdm gula pasir
  • 2 sdt chilli oil

Instruksi:

  1. Rebus air dan siram kwetiau dengan air didih.
  2. Masak daging iris dengan minyak panas 3-4 menit hingga matang. Setelah dagingnya matang, kita tumis jahe & bawang putih hingga harum. Masukan telur satu persatu ke pinggiran wajan. Nah, telurnya jangan di campur dengan bawang putih dan jahe ya. Karena kita tidak ingin telurnya rasa bawang putih.
  3. Lalu masukan kwetiau dan saus yang sudah kita buat tadi. Aduk hingga semua bumbu tercampur
  4. Terakhir, masukan daging, toge dan kucainya, aduk hingga semua bahan tercampur
  5. Sajikan selagi hangat

Soft, Light, Cotton Japanese Cheesecake Recipe

Japanese Cheesecake Recipe

Soft Japanese Cheesecake. This Japanese cheesecake is cotton soft, light, pillowy and taste wonderfully good.

The ingredients that you need are:

– 230 gr of cream cheese

– 1/4 cup of unsalted butter

– 1/4 cup of sugar

– 1/4 cup of all purpose flour

– 2 tbs of cornstarch

– 1 tbs of lemon juice

– 1/2 cup of whole milk

– 6 large eggs

(Make sure that the cream cheese, butter, and the eggs are room temperature)

Instructions:

1. In a large bowl, separate the egg yolks and the egg whites. Beat the egg white on a low speed for about 30 seconds until it becomes foamy. Once the egg whites has become foamy, add in the sugar gradually and increase the mixer speed to medium low and continue beating until it reaches stiff peaks.

2. In a separate bowl, add in the cream cheese, milk and butter. Mix this on a low speed until the texture has become creamy and smooth. This will take about approximately 2-3 minutes. And then add in the lemon juice, corn starch and flour. Combine and mix until everything are incorporated. After that, add the 6 egg yolk and mix for another minute. Make sure that you don’t over mix the egg yolk.

3. For silky and smooth texture cheesecake, you need to strain the batter. Trust me, you don’t want to skip this step. And then you want to gently fold 1/3 of the egg whites into the batter until mostly incorporated and then pour the batter into the egg whites mixture, fold gently until everything are combined.

Preparation:

Prepare a 20 cm springform pan and a heavy duty aluminum foil.

(The difference between the regular and heavy-duty one is that the regular foil is thinner and it doesn’t stand in high heat.) So your really wanna make sure to get the heavy duty aluminium foil.

1. Pull out about 2 of 18 inch foil, place it on top of the bottom of the pan making a cross section in the center of the tin. And then you want to sealed the edges making it tight so that the water doesn’t seep in.

2. Place the round tin on top of the foil and lock the pan and then you wanna wrap the bottom by lifting the edges of the foil around the outside of the pan.

3. Butter the side and the bottom of the pan and line with parchment paper. And then gently pour the batter mixture into the pan and tap a few times to let the air out.

4.  Fill the roasting pan with about 1 inch of hot water. Place the cheesecake pan on top of the roasting pan that has been filled with water And bake for 80 minutes in 315 Fahrenheit.

5. Remove the pan from the water bath, unwrap the foil and transfer your Japanese cheesecake to a cooling rack, slice, DONE & SERVE!

PRO TIPS:

After 80 minutes, turn off your oven and crack the door open slightly and leave the cheesecake in the oven for 1 hour for it to cool down. This is to prevent your Japanese cheesecake to crack.

2 Main Secret are:

  1. Overripe banana. Yes, the banana needs to be overly ripe. How do you know that it’s over ripe? It will have lots of brown spots, and the consistency is until almost mushy, but not too mushy.. so why is it good? Because First, they are easier to mash. They incorporate better and more smooth into the batter. They’re also sweeter so more starch has converted to sugar and the best part is, they’re more aromatic.
  2. Vegetable Oil. Most people would only use butter in the banana bread, but when I tested 2 different recipes, one is with butter and the other is with vegetable oil, the one with vegetable oil is always the crowd’s favorite. It’s a miracle that the bread had caramelized all the way through the loaf (very rare, because many banana bread are sometimes darker on bottom than the top or vice versa).

Hello calamaris lover! Welcome to squid club. I’m a sucker who will always order fried calamari in every restaurant I go to, even if they don’t have it, I will demand this crispy squid what they call calamari to the chef! LOL. Can you imagine, even if it’s like a soup speciality restaurant hahaha. Dude. That’s how far I’d go. Lol.

First of all, this is one of those dishes that is very addictive. I’m warning you. I have been trying 3-4 different recipes, and on my last attempts, I finally got the perfect one! This right here is to die for! I’m not kidding. I served this on a family gathering and they were asking where I bought it from! I told them I cooked it myself and you know what? They didn’t believe me. Psssh. Rolling eyes. It was THAT GOOD. And then, I made this on a Sunday afternoon one time and that plate had gone with the wind. Hubby asked me to make it again for dinner. Whhhhaat??

Ok, this is the last warning I’m going to give you. You need to be ready when you’re cooking this, your whole kitchen is going to get oily. Oil is going to splatter everywhere, it’s going to get messy because you need so many different plate, your kitchen is going to smell like squid, probably that smell will lingers for about 3 hours hahaha, no. serious. But the end result is too satisfying. Believe me.

Resep Kue Ulang Tahun ini adalah resep yang sangat sederhana, gampang dan sangat enak! Chocolate Devil’s Food Cake ini sangat popular sekali digemari. Yuk, simak bahan-bahannya dan video di bawah ini!

 

Bahan-bahan untuk Chocolate Devil’s Cake:
– 230 gr of unsalted butter (SR)
– 400 gr of granulated sugar (SR)
– 3 lbutir telur besar
– 1 sdt Vanilla Extract
– 80 ml susu cair
– 1 sdm kopi hitam
– 270 gr tepung terigu
– 90 gr bubuk cocoa
– 1 sdt garam
– 1 sdt baking powder
– 2 sdt baking soda

Bahan-bahan untuk Matcha cream cheese Frosting:
– 100 gr unsalted butter (SR)
– 200 gr cream cheese (SR)
– 375 gr gula icing
– 2 sdm matcha bubuk
– 1 sdm susu cair

Bahan-bahan untuk Dekorsi Kue
– 3-4 sdm matcha bubuk
– 100 gr kacang pistachio
– Bunga Ungu: Gompherna, Cosmos & Lantana
– Bunga Kuning: Marigold, Nasturtium & Cosmos

Chocolate Devil’s Food Cake with Matcha Cream cheese Frostings and Edible Flowers. This was a birthday cake made for my hubby. I wanted to make something that is vibrant, cheerful and yet beautiful to look at and has to tasted good! This Chocolate devil’s food cake, it doesn’t taste like the name, but it taste heavenly. It is rich, decadent, soft & moist. The sweetness of the cake is not too over powering especially when you bite in with the matcha cream cheese frosting and that crunchy pistachio. Uh! what more do you want when everything you need is right here! Let’s cut to the case and go straight right into the ingredients:
Ingredients for Chocolate Devil’s Cake:
– 1 cup / 230 gr of unsalted butter (RT)
– 2 cups/ 400 gr of granulated sugar (RT)
– 3 large eggs (RT)
– 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
– 80 ml/ 1/3 cup of whole milk
– 1 tbs of black coffee
– 2 1/4 cups/ 270 gr of all purpose flour
– 3/4 cups / 90 gr of cocoa powder
– 1 tsp salt
– 1 tsp baking powder
– 2 tsp baking soda

Biasanya Tumis buncis daging cincang ini sering sekali di pesan di berbagai macam restoran Chinese, dan rata – rata untuk menu sayuran, ini adalah yang sering sekali di pesan. Sebetulnya resep ini aslinya adalah menggunakan daging babi cincang, tapi kali ini saya masaknya dengan daging ayam cincang. Ga kalah enaknya koq! Dan karena saya suka masakan pedas, makanya saya tambahkan sambal terasi.

Untuk bacon crumble-nya, bisa di skip ya. Karena pas kemarin liat di kulkas, pas ada bacon crumble jadi di taburin deh ke tumi buncisnya, jadinya enak banget!! TAPI, kalopun ga pake juga udah enak. Asalkan benar – benar di ikuti ya saos yang dibutuhkan. Yuk, kita intip bahan – bahan yang di perlukan:

Bahan – Bahan

– 2 siung bawang putih
– 2 siung bawang merah
– 2 cm jahe
– 3-4 cabe kriting
– Buncis
– 200 gram daging cincang ayam
– 50 gram bacon crumble

Untuk sausnya, kita siapkan terlebih dahulu di dalam mangkuk agar lebih mudah untuk di masak.

– 2 sdm kecap asin
– 1/2 sdm minyak wijen
– 1/2 sdm kecap ikan
– 1 sdm saus tiram
– 1 sdm kecap manis
– 1 sdm air biasa
– 1 sdt sambel
lalu kita aduk hingga rata

Cara masak:

1. Goreng bacon crumblenya tanpa minyak, karena bacon sudah memiliki minyak natural. Kita goreng hingga krispy

2. Di dalam panci yang sama kita tambahkan 5 sdm minyak sayur. Setelah panas, kita goreng buncisnya hingga warna hijau terang.

3. Tumis bawang merah, bawang putih, dan jahe. Tumis hingga harum. Lalu masukan cabai merah keriting dan daging ayam cincang. Masak daging ayam hingga matang kira kira 5-8 menit. Untuk menambahkan rasa pada ayam, kita tuang 2 sdm saus yang sudah kita buat tadi

4. Masukan buncis dan sisa saus dan aduk hingga semua bumbu tercampur dengan rata.

5. Sajikan dengan nasi putih hangat

Resep Ayam Gyoza

Resep ayam gyoza yang gampang dan praktis! 

Resep Gyoza Jepang yang gampang dan praktis! Biasanya, makanan Jepang ini disebut Fried Dumpling, Pot stickers atau Jiaozi. Kali ini Mrs. Culinary membagikan resep ayam gyoza yang asli dari Jepang. Asalkan semua saos itu ada semua, di jamin rasanya ga kalah sama di restoran Jepang!

Bahan yang di perlukan adalah:
– 300 gr daging ayam giling atau daging babi
– 1 sawi putih ukuran sedang
– 2 batang daun bawang
– 1/2 siung bawang bombay
– 2 cm jahe
– 2 siung bawang putih
– 1 sdm kecap asin
– 1 sdm saus tiram
– 1 sdm sake/ arak jepang
– 1 sdm minyak wijen

Persiapan:
1. Potong bawang bombay, daun bawang dan sawi putih menjadi dadu kecil. Lalu parut jahe dan bawang putihnya

2. Masukan semua bahan kedalam wadah besar dan campur hingga rata. Lalu kita marinasi bahan bahannya.

Saus Marinasi:
– 1 sdm kecap asin
– 1 sdm arak jepang
– 1 sdm minyak wijen
– 1 sdm saus tiram
Aduk hingga semua bahan tercampur dengan rata

Cara bungkus Gyoza:

1. Ambil 1 sdt isi dan letakan di tengah kulih gyoza. Lalu celupkan 1 jari ke dalam air dan basahi bagian kulit luar. Lipat kulit dan buat lipatan bagian atas kulit dari tengah

2. Pastikan piring yang di gunakan untuk menyimpan gyoza diberi taburan tepung agar tidak lengket

Cara memasak Gyoza:
1. Gunnakan 2 tetes minyak wijen dan oles seluruh penggorengan hingga rata.

2. Masukan gyoza satu persatu dan beri 1/2 gelas air panas pada semua bagian. Tutup dan kukus kira kira 3-4 menit hingga airnya habis terserap dan menguap.

3. Berikan 1 sdt minyak wijen agar harum dan memberikan warna kecokelatan pada gyoza

4. Setelah 1-2 menit, check pada bagian bawah gyoza. Jika warna sudah kuning ke emasan, angkat dan sajikan dengan saus.

Bahan saos Gyoza:
Campur ke dalam mangkuk kecil:
– 1 sdt cuka beras / cuka apel
– 1 sdt kecap asin dan
– 2 sdt minyak wijen

Ini dia, cara membuat udang goreng telur asin yang super crispy. Banyak juga di hidangkan di restoran restoran dengan nama Crispy Salted Egg Shrimp. Resep udang goreng telur asin adalah salah satu resep masakan yang sangat populer di Jakarta maupun Indonesia, ini adalah masakan yang sangat gampang dan praktis. Rasanya itu sangat kaya dengan citra rasa, ada rasa asin dan gurih sekaligus garing. Apalagi di hidangkan dengan nasi putih hangat di cocol dengan sambal botol. Sedap sekali! Masakan ini juga bisa dihidangkan untuk anak – anak. Namun, kali ini Mrs. Culinary menggunakan sedikit cabai keriting untuk menambah sedikit pedas pada Udang Goreng Telur Asin Ini.

Untuk membuatnya, bahan – bahan yang diperlukan adalah:

  • 25 Udang yang berukuran sedang
  • 120 gr tepung bumbu yang siap saji
  • 4 butir telur asin
  • 1 butir telur
  • 5 buah cabe kriting
  • 1 sdm bawang putih cincang (dari 4 siung bawang putih)
  • 1 sdm jahe cincang (dari 3 cm jahe)
  • 1 daun bawang
  • 1 sdt bubuk lada hitam

Cara membersihkan udang:

  1. Pertama tama, kupas udang  dan sisakan buntutnya. Dan untuk membersihkannya, irislah punggung udang dan tarik isi perut udang, balik udang dan ulangi prosesnya. Lalu cuci udang dalam air bersih.

Cara membuat tepung udang:

  1. Masukan air perasan jeruk lemon ke dalam udang dan tambahkan bubuk lada hitam dan 1 butir telur. Lalu kita aduk hingga rata.
  2. Setelah itu, lumuri udang dengan tepung bumbu yang siap saji
  3. Goreng udang di dalam minyak panas kira kira 2-3 menit hingga warna udang kuning kecokelatan dan tiriskan.

Cara membuat udang goreng yang ekstra garing:

  1. Besarkan api kompor dan goreng udang 1 menit saja. Lalu tiriskan
  2. Garingnya udang bisa dilihat dari permukaan udangnya seperti contoh di video ini. Atau bisa juga dengan dari bunyi udang seperti contoh video ini.

Cara membuat Telur Asin:

  1. Bersihkan telur asin dengan air dingin. Setelah itu, pisahkan kuning telurnya, karena yang akan kita butuhkan hanya kuning telurnya saja. Letakan telur asin dalam wadah yang tahan panas / ramekin.
  2. Kukus kuning telur asin 15 menit lamanya setelah itu, haluskan kuning telur dengan menggunakan garpu.

Cara memasak Bumbu Telur Asin:

  1. Siapkan 5 sdm  minyak goreng ddam masukan dan goreng telur asin ke dalam minyak. Aduk terus hingga berbusa. Setelah berbusa, masukan jahe cincang, bawang putih cincang dan cabe kriting yang sudah di potong potong
  2. Terakhir, masukan udang gorengnya dan juga daun bawang, aduk hingga semua bahan tercampur.
  3. Udang goreng telur asin siap di hidangkan dengan nasi putih hangat

Salted Egg Shrimp is a very popular dish in Indonesia. This recipe is very simple and only need few ingredients. The Salted Duck Egg Yolk  provide that rich flavor of fatty yolk paste to the dish. It has buttery aroma with a hint of spice kick and it will guaranteed to get you licking your fingers, slurping the flavorful sauce and another bowl of rice! The original recipe is actually calls for butter, but because I ran out of butter in my fridge, so for this recipe, I used vegetable oil instead. But it’s okay! It still tasted AHMAZINGLY Delicious!! The secret ingredients lies int eh Salted Duck Egg Yolk, and the ginger and the garlic and the prawns, sigh.. oke lies in all. It’s so good. Seriously. Ok, so here are the ingredients that you will need:

Ingredients:

  • 25 pcs of Medium Prawns
  • 1 cup of mix seasoned flour
  • 4 pcs of salted duck egg
  • 1 whole egg
  • 4-5 chili padi (for that extra kick spicy flavor!)
  • 1 tbs of minced garlic – from 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tbs of minced fresh ginger – from 3 cm of ginger
  • 1 spring onion (I only use the green part only for color)
  • 1 tsp of Fresh ground black pepper

Deveining the shrimp

  1. Peel raw shrimp, start underneath, where their legs are attached. Leave the tail
  2. Devein by making a shallow slit down the middle of the back to expose the black intestine. Lift out the black vein with the point of a paring knife and wipe it off on a paper towel. And Rinse with cold water

Battering the shrimp

  1. In a bowl, squeeze the lemon juice and add a generous amount of fresh ground black pepper to the shrimp and 1 medium egg. Mix and combine until everything are incorporated.
  2. Dip shrimp into the mix seasoned flour (buy the instant package one)
  3. In a large wok, heat oil to 350 degrees F and drop the batter shrimp into the hot oil, fry for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towel.

PROTIP! How to Double fry the shrimp for Extra Crispy:

  1. Crank your heat to high and fry the shrimp again for about 1 minute. Remove and drain on paper towel
  2. The sound of the crisp should be a harmony to your ear, the look of the crisp should be nice a golden brown, or sample in the video.

Preparing the Salted Duck Egg

  1. Start by separating the egg yolk and the egg white (we’re only going to need the egg yolk). (I used 4 yolks in this recipe because I like the creaminess it adds to the sauce — you can always adjust the number of yolks you like, depending on how creamy or dry you like the sauce to be)
  2. Put the yolk in a ramekin and steamed the egg yolk for 15 minutes. Once steamed, mash the egg yolk with the back of the fork and set aside.

Stir Frying the Shrimp

  1. In a skillet, add 5 tbs of vegetable oil/ or you can use 3-4 tbs of butter and let it hot for 30 seconds
  2. Add the mashed salted egg to the oil and stir constantly because the sauce will bubble and pop. And as you stir, the sauce will become more creamy. After the salted egg has become creamy / foamy, add in the minced garlic, minced fresh ginger and the chili padi (remember you can omit this if you don’t like spicy), keep stirring until everything are incorporated.
  3. Last, add in the fried shrimp to the sauce and stir until well coated. Sprinkle some spring onion to make the color more vibrant. (Note, I didn’t add salt to this, since the salted egg has already salty – but you will need to taste your dish according to your preference)
  4. Remove the heat and serve prawns immediately with warm rice.
