Resep Kwetiau Goreng Singapur

Ini dia cara memasak Kwetiau Goreng atau Char Kway Teow  Singapore. Resep Kwetiau goreng ini sangat popular di Asia dan rasanya enak banget. Biasanya ada berbagai jenis kwetiau yaitu, kwetiau siram, kwetiau kuah, ataupun kwetiau pedas. Tapi kali ini Mrs. Culinary ingin membagikan resep sederhana dengan daging iris. Yuk kita simak bahan bahan yang di butuhkan:

Bahan bahan yang di butuhkan:

  • 2 cm jahe
  • 3 siung bawang putih
  • 2 butir telur
  • 1 mangkok toge
  • 100 gr daging iris sukiyaki
  • dan 300 gr kwetiau yang siap saji
  • 1 ikat kucai potong 2 cm

Bahan bahan yang di perlukan untuk marinasi:

  • 2 sdt arak beras
  • 1 sdt kecap asin
  • 2 sdt tepung maizena

Saus rahasianya

  • 1 sdm kecap asin
  • 1 sdm saus tiram
  • 1/2 sdt kecap asin kental
  • 1 sdm gula pasir
  • 2 sdt chilli oil

Instruksi:

  1. Rebus air dan siram kwetiau dengan air didih.
  2. Masak daging iris dengan minyak panas 3-4 menit hingga matang. Setelah dagingnya matang, kita tumis jahe & bawang putih hingga harum. Masukan telur satu persatu ke pinggiran wajan. Nah, telurnya jangan di campur dengan bawang putih dan jahe ya. Karena kita tidak ingin telurnya rasa bawang putih.
  3. Lalu masukan kwetiau dan saus yang sudah kita buat tadi. Aduk hingga semua bumbu tercampur
  4. Terakhir, masukan daging, toge dan kucainya, aduk hingga semua bahan tercampur
  5. Sajikan selagi hangat

Hello calamaris lover! Welcome to squid club. I’m a sucker who will always order fried calamari in every restaurant I go to, even if they don’t have it, I will demand this crispy squid what they call calamari to the chef! LOL. Can you imagine, even if it’s like a soup speciality restaurant hahaha. Dude. That’s how far I’d go. Lol.

First of all, this is one of those dishes that is very addictive. I’m warning you. I have been trying 3-4 different recipes, and on my last attempts, I finally got the perfect one! This right here is to die for! I’m not kidding. I served this on a family gathering and they were asking where I bought it from! I told them I cooked it myself and you know what? They didn’t believe me. Psssh. Rolling eyes. It was THAT GOOD. And then, I made this on a Sunday afternoon one time and that plate had gone with the wind. Hubby asked me to make it again for dinner. Whhhhaat??

Ok, this is the last warning I’m going to give you. You need to be ready when you’re cooking this, your whole kitchen is going to get oily. Oil is going to splatter everywhere, it’s going to get messy because you need so many different plate, your kitchen is going to smell like squid, probably that smell will lingers for about 3 hours hahaha, no. serious. But the end result is too satisfying. Believe me.
